First, I'm sure it would be a great laptop was what I really wanted. It 'very quiet, very light and very strong (hold hands in a corner!) And of course, very low. All specifications are slightly better than the Netbook quality not much more than the Netbook price. I had to pay much more for a system much better. The keyboard is nice, the screen is bright, wireless connections are strong, the battery life was probably not six hours, but very long (there are variations in non-US Series Timeline battery Acer 8 hours)
Some other random notes:
The SD slot is SDXC (the successor to SD and SDHC for terabytes of storage (if applicable))
The screen appears to be 6-bit color raster. Seen only with the gradients in rapid evolution or almost pure black.
The USB ports are powered and can run an external DVD burner without the need of its external power source.
